Connect and share likes

Sharing likes now uses ordinary connections. A connected person sees all retained explicit likes for them, earlier and future. There is no separate sharing activation or Stop sharing switch. Lists and filters do not grant an audience.

Create a connection link

On Home, select people in Who and choose Share with… beneath the tabs when someone is not connected. The list-menu Share action also works. The short sheet uses one individual link for one person or one shared link for several people. Review opens your own Likes for that person, without other filters; audience and heart edits take effect immediately. Returning restores Home and refreshes the review. Review counts can overlap and include unavailable saved ideas; the preview and its remaining count include only eligible visible ideas.

Choose Share link on a phone or Copy link on desktop. If your browser needs another tap, the created link stays ready for Share or Copy. Canceling the native share sheet does not copy the link. Open Messages opens your messaging app with a draft; Domino sends nothing. Anyone with the link can see the sender's name and enabled preview and can accept.

For advanced options, including no preview, QR and exclusions, use Friends:

1. Open Friends → Connect a friend, or the connection action from the affected Home view.
2. Choose One friend or A few friends and any people you already have in mind. You do not need their email addresses or phone numbers.
3. Read the connection consequence and optionally review your likes for each selected person. All are included by default. Unchecking removes that person from the idea when you complete the action; Cancel preserves existing intentions.
4. Review the exact limited preview. You can turn it off. Anyone receiving the link can see up to three eligible card faces; no notes, capture material or other members’ names.
5. Create the link, copy it and send it through your chosen channel.

One shared link can be pasted into an existing group text. Each authenticated accepting friend connects with you and with other accepting participants, including later arrivals during the window. Someone not listed can join as themselves. Even a friend already connected with you must accept this broader consequence. Joining never expands any like’s audience or requires a permanent group.

New links close seven days after creation; older links keep their recorded expiration. The creator can close them early in Friends. Existing connections remain. Deliberate disconnections are preserved; reconnect individually through Friends.

Individual links and identity

An individual link admits one accepting account; a shared link admits several. Sign-in identifies the account, not a real-world person. A forwarded unused link can be accepted by an unintended recipient. Named identity choices cannot claim another linked account.

Older shared lists

Existing recipient-owned copies and their edits remain. Older links retain their supported copying flow and explain any connection effect before it is applied. They are not silently converted into live sharing. Create a new connection link when you want the new experience. New public or “wider circle” sharing is not offered.

Truthful receipts

Creating or copying a link means The share link is ready to send. It does not prove delivery. Do not say it was sent without a separate supported action and verified delivery result. Stop at Copy link unless the user explicitly authorizes delivery.
