When you think of shuffleboard, you may think of granny, but guess what? Granny was awesome. She could play hold a cue stick in one hand and a drink in the other all while talking trash about her husband.


Anyway, Royal palms is super cool It's a tropical-themed bar and event space in Bucktown. The venue has a laid-back, tiki bar-inspired atmosphere, complete with palm trees, colorful decor, and tropical cocktails served in kitschy glassware. The bar also has a variety of games and activities, such as ping pong, cornhole, and giant Jenga, as well as live music and DJ sets on select nights.

Oh and they usually have a food truck that pulls right into the space. It's fun. Let's do this.
