The pitmaster is a pro, and he handles that massive smoker like a boss, pushing out thick slabs of sliced brisket that are rich with smoky crags but have a moist and tender interior.

There's even something in the earsplitting bravado of the music that feels right. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.
